Healing Ground Retreat Center will host The Spiral of the Seasons: Welcoming the Gifts of Later Life on Friday, February 19, 2010 from 10 a.m.–3 p.m.
Join local author John Sullivan for a walk through the seasons, focusing on how each has prepared us to grasp and live out the gifts that may come with aging. We invite you to come sit in circle to explore ways that will help us view aging, not as a time of decline, but as one of opening into a vast and deep ocean of recognition of our true nature.
Led by: John Sullivan, Powell Emeritus Professor of Philosophy at Elon University and author of The Spiral of the Seasons: Welcoming the Gifts of Later Life.
