Pantry Restock for Pentecost

“Being the Church” at Pentecost:

During the season of Pentecost, we celebrate the founding of the Church and we are renewed to be the hands and feet of Christ in the world actively "Being the Church.”  Working in ministry partnership this past year with our brothers and sisters at the Church of the Holy Spirit is one way Holy Trinity actively embodied “Being the Church” The Holy Trinity community generously donated both packaged food and prepared meals for thousands of meals to feed our Greensboro neighbors.  Thank you!

Pentecost Sunday is May 23.  We begin our Pentecost celebration and renew our commitment to “Being the Church” on Saturday, May 22 by restocking the food pantry at Church of the Holy Spirit located at 3910 Yanceyville St, Greensboro, NC 27405. Drop off your food on Saturday, May 22, 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. at Church of the Holy Spirit and offer a blessing to those working at Holy Spirit.  Below is a list of needed items.  For more information, contact Rev.   • Dried beans-red, black, pinto
  • Pasta sauce
  • Spaghetti pasta
  • Canned diced tomatoes, corn, peas
  • Canned tuna, chicken
  • Baby wipes
  • Diapers-only size 6, please
