Choir: The Choir features both professional and volunteer singers with strong musical skills. New members are welcome throughout the summer, September, and January each year. The choir provides musical leadership at the 10:30 a.m. service. Rehearsals are 9-10:15 a.m. in the choir room on Sundays. Contact Dr. Ben Brafford at ben@holy-trinity.com.


The Richard Cox Concert Series 2026-2027: All programs are free. The inaugural Richard Cox Concert Series honors the legacy of Richard Cox, a beloved educator, musician, and member of Holy Trinity Episcopal Church. Through songs that stir the heart and lift the spirit, we offer our gratitude for his years of service and honor the legacy he continues to inspire.


  • See You on Broadway is an annual concert offering wonderful songs from musicals and film. Featuring works from several shows including Hello Dolly, West Side Story, Into the Woods, and Harriet, See You on Broadway offers a great time for the entire family. Sunday, Aug. 30 at 4 p.m. and Wednesday, Sept. 2 at 7 p.m., Haywood Duke.


  • Intermezzo: Traditionally, an intermezzo serves as a connection between two parts of a musical or theatrical work. In this case, our Intermezzo serves as a respite within your day. Intermezzo Fall 2026 offers music performed by various local artists on Wednesdays in October from 12:15-12:45 p.m. in the Nave. The programs include a wide variety of music including classical, sacred, popular, and jazz genres. Each concert is free and donations go to the Interfaith Housing Initiative for the construction of six affordable townhouses in Greensboro. Oct. 7, 14, 21, and 28, 12:15 p.m. in the Nave.


  • House of Compassion is an offering of poems by Dr. Linda Brown combined with instrumental music, silence, and Taizé for all to sing. The choir from St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church will join the Holy Trinity Choir, Trinity Chamber Strings, and harpist Grace Ludtke for this time of calm and healing. Sunday, Oct. 18, 4 p.m. in the Nave.


  • Join the New Day Singers for a free concert. Songs of Harvest, Hearth, and Haunting: As the days grow shorter and the air grows cooler, we gather to celebrate the harvest, share stories around the hearth, and tell tales of mystery and wonder. From folk songs and drinking songs to moonlit ballads and ghostly legends, Songs of Harvest, Hearth, and Haunting explores the sounds of autumn in all of its warmth, humor, and enchantment. Saturday, Oct. 24, 2 p.m. in the Nave.


  • Service of Remembrance: Please join us for a service of remembrance that incorporates movements from the Requiem of Gabriel Fauré into liturgy. Led by Rev. Eric Grubb, the Choir of Holy Trinity and Trinity Chamber Strings, the service will offer a time to remember with gratitude and peace. Nov. 8, 4 p.m. in the Nave.


  • The Greensboro Flute Choir consists of talented flutists from the triad area.This unique ensemble includes piccolo, C flute, alto flute, bass flute, and contrabass flute. Musical styles include sacred, jazz, baroque, classical, popular and more. Each Concert also includes Individual Performance Demonstrations of each of the five flutes. This choir is under the Co-Direction of Dr. Deborah Egekvist and Mrs. Elizabeth Mosher. Thursday, Dec. 3 at 7 p.m. in the Nave.


  • Join the New Day Singers for a festive afternoon of holiday music. This free concert will feature beloved seasonal favorites alongside fresh and creative arrangements that bring new life to cherished tunes. Come celebrate the spirit of the season through music, joy, and community. Saturday, Dec. 12 at 2 p.m. in the Nave.


  • Come Ready and See: Celebrate the section leaders of the Holy Trinity Choir in an afternoon of music spanning a variety of genres and styles. From opera and musical theater to popular music, experience the voices you know from Sunday mornings in a new and exciting way! Jan. 31, 4 p.m. in the Nave.


  • Intermezzo Lent 2027 offers free programs blending readings and music performed by local artists on Wednesdays during Lent, 12:15-12:45 p.m. in the Nave. Each free program offers contemplative music, readings, meditation, and silence. Donations will benefit the Interfaith Housing Initiative, supporting the rebuilding of six affordable townhouses in Greensboro that were destroyed by fire and are now being "resurrected" through the efforts of local faith communities.   • Black History Month Concert: “Lord, Hear My Prayer” celebrates the rich legacy of African American history, faith, and music through a thoughtfully curated program of readings and choral selections presented by the Holy Trinity Choir. Dr. Linda Brown pairs inspiring words from influential African American historical figures with music that reflects their enduring impact. All are welcome at the reception in Haywood Duke offered by the Beloved Community Commission. Sunday, Feb. 28, 4 p.m. in the Nave.


  • Lenten Reflection: Join Trinity Chamber Strings for a time of beautiful music, meditation, and silence as we move through Lent. Sunday, March 7, 4 p.m. in the Nave.


  • Traditional Evensong incorporates Bach’s Easter cantata No. 4, “Christ lay in death’s bonds.” The program is performed by the choir, Trinity Chamber Strings, and Music Anima – a triad group of singers and instrumentalists focusing on Renaissance and Baroque music. April 18, 4 p.m. in the Nave.
